ASIN Reinstated but Still Blocked

We have received a performance notification for Food and Product Policy Compliance

We have made necessary changes to the detail page and submitted all information to review

The team confirms they completed their review and concluded that the ASIN is complete, and the product will be reinstated.

However, the performance notification is still on the Account Health dashboard, and the listing is blocked 

We deleted it and relisted it after 24 hours (actually, even more, to make sure), but that did not help.

We tried talking to support but they say the ASIN is under review and we need to wait till internal team contacts us via email. Why is the ASIN under review if it has already been reviewed and confirmed for reinstatement?
