Account deactivated for manipulated Sales Rank, Competitor, and Search and Browse violation
Hi , i have received this notifications below from amazon and they deactivated my account for the reason mentioned below , to be honest i really dont know what is this all about and how i have manipulated the sales rank, feedback ,competitor, search and browse . I get orders and shipped them . Can some one please help me in this matter .

Have you left a seller feedback or a product review recently? Especially if they sell the same products that you sell?

Hi there is likely many more ways amazon consider these but to give you an idea
Sales ranking is in connection with page views some how so say you repeatedly go onto your listing they would deep this as potential but not consider it as a biggy unless its all the time I imagine, I do it sometimes to see if things have updated as i’m sure we all do.
Competition search, looking at your products then other sellers, searching there listings adding them to basket that kinda thing
Feedback - if your emailing customers, have software to do with reviews or order confirmation- in addition anyone linked to you or yourself buying from competitors same or different products but same brands - if leaving feedback this can cause issues to.

How many items do you sell in a month? I ask only because you have 255 feedback in 30 days which seems like a lot but obviously if thats only a tiny percentage of your sales then thats fine

5000 orders here and just under 30 feedback, so 250 does seem a lot even for 10k orders looking at what others are reporting.
In over a year of selling on here I’ve only amassed just over 150
It’s possibly what the bots have picked up on

i have never used any software or anything and never purchased anything from competitor but i regularly check what price my competitors are offering and if suits me i will match the price and if it doesnt then i stick on my own price.

You also have one that says the seller offered to resend for free which if its been looked at by bots could well be misconstrued

i made some orders in 2017 and since then i did not make any orders .
yes i did receive the warning in october , there was no appeal option , only (warning sent) was mention and i went through the policy

It might bee off chance, but I’m thinking, Is there a possibility, that one of your competitors reported you for some made up reasons?
For feedback ratio, we sell around 5000 orders a week (23 000 orders per month on average) and we only getting around 110 feedbacks per month, so your feedback ratio really seems significantly higher than the average result.
If I were you, i would try to work out why, because it might be the key to your trouble… Are you getting a lot of orders from the same address? Are you having many cancelled orders? (by customer, not you)
Do you have a very regular customer who always leaves you feedback?

I see lots of people mentioning what’s allowed and what’s not regarding feedback.
I often apply a note in the order saying ‘Hi, Many thanks for the order, if you enjoy the product I hope you can leave me 5-star feedback?’
I presume that’s allowed?
I sometimes send a free product with the order and put a note on that. They are not obliged in any way to leave me feedback and the note and freebie are given with the order NOT on condition of feedback being left.
