Has the new "Send To Amazon" workflow changed? Can't select to send individual items
Hi, hoping someone will have a clue what I’m on about and will be able to help.
Has the new “Send to Amazon” workflow changed since early December?
I always select my SKU’s on the inventory page and then click “Send to Amazon”. I then used to be able to click the top tick box to select every item on each page of SKU’s in the first step of the workflow and then click something like “select packing template for all selected items” and there I would click pack individual units (if I remember correctly). The input fields would then move from “box” to “units” and I could continue. That link doesn’t seem to be there now and if I click to select a packing template on any individual SKU I just get the option to send boxes or pallets. (And I don’t particularly fancy doing this for all 150+ SKU’s every time I send a shipment anyway, even if that was working!)
Does anybody: a) Know what I’m on about, and b) Know how to help?
I’m so far behind today that it isn’t funny and now I’m tearing my hair out too!

Try going to send to amazon first and search for the the first sku
To the right you can then use a drop down box (packing details) to either select individual units, send a case , or create a new case pack template
If you want to keep as individual, just enter the quantity in the units box and click ready to pack
Once you’ve added all the skus, scroll to the bottom and click confirm and continue and you can then go to the page to state which skus are in which box
