Account Deactivated for over a year - Unsure what further information needs supplying

Account Deactivated for over a year - Unsure what further information needs supplying

Hi,

I've tried before with no luck but thought I would try again.

I used to sell on Amazon a few years ago and about 12-18 months ago wanted to begin selling again. When I signed into my account it was deactivated.

I submitted the required information, received a notification saying "Your information is verified – Start selling on Amazon now" so i thought all was good but my account is still deactivated.

I have been looking around trying to find out why it is still deactivated but cannot see any issues. Would someone be able to help with this / maybe an Amazon worker just point me in the right direction of what else is needed to re-activate the account?

@Sakura_Amazon_ - You replied to my prior thread however it is now locked so i could not reply.

I think that the notification that you received means that your account passed the verification process after the registartion, however it might still be deactivated due to other reasons. Did you review Performance Notifications ? You should have received one with the details of the deactivation reason and the next steps that you need to take to reactivate it.

I did receive the performance notifications whilst I was not selling on Amazon so did not supply the information. I fully accept that this is the root cause of my account being de-activated.

Once i wanted to start selling again i provided the information but it seems to be in a loop. The performance notification that i presume is the cause for my account being disabled is....

I believe i provided the required information back in September 2023 however my account is still deactivated.

When trying to reactivate my account the only information that is required is "Primary Contact" which is what seems to be in a loop as i provide the information, get the notification that my information is verified but account remains deactivated.

If i go back to re-activate i just get asked to submit my "Primary Contact" information again.

I can only assume that i submitted Legal Entity information as well initially back in September 2023 and somehow this was incorrect however I don't know this for sure and apart from what i am being requested have no way to provide that information again as it is not being requested when trying to re-activate my account.

@Sakura_Amazon_ are you able to investigate and let me know what steps I should take?
