Scan and label service?

I was reviewing this reference article with the various FBA services, and one that it mentions is Scan & Label, which I wanted to find out more about, but the link is dead. Is this a mistake, or is this no longer offered? Or maybe it got reconfigured and there's a new link? Does anyone know about this?
