Sending product on a Pallet to FBA without outer cartons / boxes

Is it possible to send single a ASIN pallets to FBA without kitting them into boxes? We used to kit 3 units into one box and add a box label and then stack them on a pallet. So we would have 32 boxes on a pallet. This is very expensive and also takes a couple of weeks to do. Would it be possible to treat the pallet as a single box and just add 96 loose units on it?

What is the end product customers are going to buy? 1 or 3? If your product needs kitting, Amazon will not do that for you.

Yes, you can build a pallet with “loose” units. Can your single units withstand the rigors of shipping? Each unit MUST have an FNSKU label and an FBA label on it (which customers will probably see).

One pallet does not equal a carton with multiple units. I do understand the logic behind you thinking that though.
