Order refunded. No A - Z. No email. no communication at all

Just got up this morning to see an email saying: Refund initiated for order: bla bla.

Obviously, I checked the order was genuine first and it was.
I have had no email, no A-Z, nothing at all! But Amazon have refunded the order.
Everything we send now has tracking. I checked and the order was delivered Sept 26th.

Is this what it’s come to; some scum bag asks for a refund and Amazon just does it? Clearly, the tracking wasn’t even checked.

So great, get up, only 1 order during the night and it’s not even worth the same as the refund.

did they really say ‘bla bla’. If not, correctly stating their given reason would be useful if you want meaningful replies.

Non arrival A-Z claims will automatically be closed in favour of buyer unless you’ve loaded valid tracking on sending.

No communication will be made to sellers.

Buyers always win and you have to fund.

Have a look in your “resolved - option to appeal” tab if it shows appeal the A-Z. You might not have been held responsible for the A-Z and Amazon foot the bill. If after the appeal you get rejected and tracking was uploaded and shows delivered email jeff@amazon.com to make a complaint. If that still fails email the customer advising that they have reviewed a full refund for the order and still have the order and offer to arrange a collection of the item if the value is worth it.

Good luck

Hi there,

Going back to not receiving the email, Is this the first time it’s happened on your account?

Because I’ve just lost two A-Z claims, neither of them I was notified about!

Previously I never had any issues, so I’m starting to think if there’s a problem with Amazons set up at the moment…

Kind regards

Amazon does not seem to look at the order details at all and yes, they automatically win in buyer’s stupid answer favour without analysing the problem.

But i take this to the next level, putting CCJ to the buyer, to ensure i get the item back and make sure there is an impact to Amazon.
