Issue adding new product
Please, I am not sure if anyone ever had a similar experience. I am trying to add a new product with a newly purchase GTIN, however, Amazon system is not allowing me complete the addition, even as I have completed all the required field. The error message I receive states thus "The SKU does not match any ASIN and contains invalid value(s) for attributes required for creation of a new ASIN." Am not sure, I have reached out to customer service several times and none has been able to help, this has been going on for over 2 weeks now.
I need any suggestion or recommendations from anyone. Thanks!

Hi there @Seller_eSMVSjbmDRCR1,
I'm sorry you have had issues creating a new listing with your GTIN. The most common reason a listing can't be created is because the GTIN isn't a Valid UPC per Amazon policies. If you did get your UPC from GS1 it may be that the database has not yet synced because it doesn't sync instantly. If you provide your most recent Seller Support Case ID I can review and see what options exist. Thank you for your understanding.
