Request to return how long
Does any one know how long the Manage Returns stay open for a return which has been approved, the label has been issued but the customer has NOT returned it ?

Under Amazon terms buyer should request return within 30 days, it seems from experience that Amazon disregard these rules to suit themselves, we have had a return opened after 6 months which Amazon accepted, we also had someone open a return within the 30 days, but returned the item 3 months later, and they still got an automatic refund.

We shut all returns not received back on 30 days, if its not been received then its closed
