I need your help in reaching Amazon for support.
I have been waiting for support from Amazon about my account. I am unable to get through to Account Health and Seller Support at this time . I tried Managing Director's email and received email back that I was going to get help but I have still not got help or support.
I have replied to that email and still waiting for help.
I have been on Amazon for close to 10 years and I have not had an issue like this where I cannot get support.
I am also kindly asking Amazon to contact me so I can move forward. I believe this is an error as I have the correct documents for my listing in question.

No-one from Amazon will see your post, unless you tag in some forum moderators. To get help from Seller Support, click on help at top right. What sort of help are you needing ?

I have tried the help and contact us buttons, I am not getting any help.
I need someone to look at the error message below.
Please note that invoice requested is dated January 2023 and this is the last stock of the listing in question sent in January 2023. Only 12 units. I also sent a letter of clarification from supplier in regards to the quantity. Please check the sales of product between January 2023 and November 2023 for which the invoice covers.
The invoice is over 365 days old because this invoice is the old stock for which Amazon completed the sales from Amazon fulfilment centre.
Can I get the team at Account help to contact me and resolve the situation?
