Fba team sent scanned and sent wrong items listing now deactivated by appeals team
hi my listing has been deactivated by appeals team.
Fba team has admitted the error on their part details supplied to appeal but they ignored the fba error and removed my listing which was not my fault. Customer received wrong item by fba.
Any help will be appreciated.

I really hope you can get the problem sorted, it must be really frustrating.
But I must say that this must be the first time ever in the history of Amazon that anyone at Amazon has admitted they have made a mistake.
