Fake Brand stole listing of product we have sold for years

A random company has stolen a product of ours and listed themselves as the Brand owner. The company is Comblu and they have a group of completely random and unrelated products listed under them. We have the product registered under our brand, have UPC/GS1 and brand registry. The brand change was approved under the brand registry but amazon refuses to change the obviously hijacked listing. The same product is sold in various sizes and the other listings in the other sizes were unaffected. The only affected listing was one of the sizes. It is utterly frustrating to be met with the same support articles from seller support indicating a brand change is not allowed, when there was no brand change - only an incorrect brand name added to a long selling product. The listing change was approved on the product already under the brand registry. It is a clear hijacking of 1 ASIN in this case, why isn’t the approved brand correction being updated? It’s a complete hindrance to sales when our brand name is well established and this random brand has nothing to do with anything in our industry. Anyone have any advice for how to get Amazon to follow through with the already approved update? Any help is truly appreciated!!

Hello @Seller_wXnWiTtfgKKIk,

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and unfortunately, what you have posted here is not unique and I have worked with other sellers and internal teams to get this corrected.

I can definitely assist and just need the case ID you opened to attempt to correct this. I should be able to pull all the other relevant information to start an investigation and present my findings to the appropriate team(s) to update the brand name to its original state.

Just post the case ID here whenever you can and I will take it from there.

Best, Dougal
