Verification(Old address on UTR documentation )

Hi all, I’ve got a problem with verification ,

the address on the document confirming the UTR number is from my previous address and it’s my name on it not company name, I live at the current address for over a year, someone knows how to contact with customer service in this case.

And what would you expect CS to do?
If the address on your document is no longer accurate then you need to obtain a new, accurate one with all the right details on it that exactly match the details you have on Amazon.
You cannot expect Amazon to accept a document in the wrong name and showing the wrong address.
