We verified the account back in January16th and it was successful however the system was not updated therefore our account has been set as inactive on 16th February. Seller Support have transferred it to the verification team but not heard anything regarding it. Original ticket transferred on 16th February.
We have an active product which is loosing ranking & sales due to this admin error.
