Brand name changed on my listings last week This week I am now restricted to sell the brand all because of the hijacked listings Help Mods
Hello, last week i wrote about my listings being hijacked from one of my brands by another one of my brand. It was determined to be a internal error within the Amazon system. after 10 days I thought everything was fixed and back to normal butit is not the case. I have now lost the ability to list the brand due to internal amazon error. I am now restricted. 2 departments saying different things.
Why can't both departments directly speak to each other. Brand Approval and Brand Registy need to get with each other to fix the issue. I have a few cases open now. Brand Approval says one thing and Brand registry says another thing

I've reviewed your account and it looks like the issue might be resolved already? You currently have live listings in both the impacted brands and it looks like the products are currently accurate. If this is still an issue I would recommend you reach out to Seller Support with a list of impacted ASINs and provide the Case ID here for my review. Thank you for your understanding.
