Hi everyone
Are we allowed to add e-mail address on packaging also is necessary to add as an importer my full address? I am asking it because I am registered on my personal address.
Thank You

I would suggest that you don’t add any email or website details.
Amazon doesn’t like anything included within the order other than the approved packing slip.

You may need to get advice on what you need to add to the packaging if you are the importer. It depends on the type of product that you are importing.
On our imported products we put the country of origin, along with a warning about not suitable for under 36 months due to small parts and our full address.
I believe the minimum you need to do is put a contact address on the packaging. This doesn’t need to be your actual address just an address that your company can be contacted at. I used to work for a retailer and they just put P.O. Box number addresses on their packaging not the actual company address.
But be careful some imported products need UKCA/CE markings on them.
There are articles on gov.uk which describe in detail what you need to do.
