Amazon Still haven't reviewed my Secondary account- NEED HELP!

Hello

I have got a 3rd party to create a listing for my product. They will be uploading the listing once amazon have review their account details.

I have to manage permissions for the 2nd account, i have given all correct details in the sense of everything that amazon has asked for, however they still haven’t review the account and it has been 2 weeks and i cannot upload my listing!!!

Here is a screen shot of the issue. Wondering if anyone can help me contact Amazon seller help and get this issue resvoled. I have tried contacting them however i haven’t received a reply.
