Error Code 5461

Hello,

I'm a new seller and have been trying to list a new product thats with my own brand name. I have already been approved to use the brand name (error code 5665 was resolved) but I am not having error code 5461 and have to submit a new application that is being denied.

I seriously don't understand what the issue is I am getting this brand name trademarked (in process already) and I have been approved to use the name by the Amazon team?

Need help!

Usually, this error is because there is an issue with the product ID used. Was the one you are trying to use issued by GS1? If so, how long ago?
