Defamation: The review implies that my product reviews and photos are not authentic, casting doubt on the legitimacy of my offerings. Such baseless allegations tarnish my reputation and mislead potential customers.
Irrelevant Discussion: The review delves into topics unrelated to the product itself, including delivery experiences. These discussions detract from the product's merits and create confusion among consumers.
Pricing Comment: Additionally, the review includes a pricing comment based on the customer's individual experience, which is not reflective of the product's standard pricing. Such subjective remarks can mislead other shoppers and distort the perception of my pricing strategy.
I contacted amazon seller support multiple times and they are useless - they come back with the same response by asking to go to feedback manager and request removal. i have also raised multiple cases through my account to no avail.
I’m requesting to remove this review which violates Amazon Community Guidelines and I believe you will take the right decision. Can a moderator please help me?!
