List of total sales of each item for a date range
How can I get a list of total sales for each of my items for a date range? Prefererably to download in csv format

Not sure about downloading, but a quick way to find out how many is from the manage orders screen.
Just put in the ASIN number to filter it.
You can put in a custom date range there as well.

If you are on a Professional selling plan, you can use Business Reports, (see the “Reports” tab in Seller Central.)
In the Sales andTraffic report you can choose a specific date range and download to a .csv file as well as filter by SKU or ASIN, so you can see how many units were sold.

Please follow the guide below
From the menu bar select Orders and then order reports.
Under the heading Request Report select your range and then select request
Under the heading Download Report click refresh if the report is not ready
A report will be generated
Hit download button
The CSV file will be downloaded into your downloads folder as a default.
Open the CSV file in Excel.
