Read onlyFor Months I have been getting delivery errors on every delivery I send in
Sometimes I might be missing 200 units but under the line of missing units its shows. This or something similar.
FBA15H7HCGVL_unexpected_item_02 = which is the 200 unist missing!
It then take weeks for Amazon to reconcile the stock, whilst I have to send more in to ensure the subscriptions are fullfilled. I use the box labels on every delivery that Amazon tells you to use.
Then on other occasions like the last delivery 900 units. 270 only booked in. I raise a case with Amazon. They then ask for proof of deliver which have from DHL. Then after days or a week the ask for proof of purchase or ownership. Which we dont have as we make the product in the first place from scratch.
So unless they will accept an invoice for ingedients I am not sure what they want us to do or provide. Yes I tell customer support this but in tru Amazon style they justy repeat the previous message sayng exactly the same thing.
The issue seems to be when the product gets to the main warehouse, they book in so many, then they send a certain amount to the satelight warehouses, its those that are not booked in even though they should still have the orginal Amazon box labels on them!
Any ideas?
another seller should be able to confirm,
but a copy of the internal order from your own sales department to your production department may suffice
Yes , Our stock missing is normal . Few months ago whole shipment [ 700 units ] missing. no proof will work . that's the way amazon work . no responsibilities or accountabilities . We have to obey amazon's way.
Try a service like GETIDA. They do a good job
They will very probably try to claim you never sent the stock, even if you provide invoices. You will get a stock response message from SS saying something along the lines of they have checked and rechecked the shipment and a mistake on their part is not possible. No matter how much you argue, you will then keep getting the same stock response.
The only thing to do then is to take Amazon to the small claims court. I have had to do this twice before and am currently in the process of taking them to court a third time. This last time they have lost about £1,500 worth of stock. There is advice online on how to do this process, but you basically send a "letter before court action" giving them 30 days to settle and if they don't then you start the case with the small claims court. They will sometimes get solicitors to threaten you, but will almost always settle, while admitting no responsibility on their part. On other occasions, the letter may be enough to work.
