Lost FBA shipment - no reimbursement
Hello,
One of our shipments which was sent to MDW2 never arrived. Containing 1890 units. After the initial period, we opened the case and provided all the documents including POD (based on POD it was delivered 18th June 2024). Then Support answered that they never received it, so we as a seller have no option to get reimbursed. We have proof that goods were delivered, but at the same time, Amazon says they were not. And basically, that's it.
Does anyone have the same experience in the past 3-6 months?

If Amazon say they have not received it, you should claim via the courier.
Not saying that will be easy and will lead to a satisfactory result but it's like when you send a parcel to a customer and they claim non-receipt.
