Verify home address

Hi,

Amazon have just emailed me asking me to verify my address with a code they sent to the address, I have the letter with my code. It says that when I log in to my amazon seller account I will be redirected to the page where I need to enter this code but I am not being redirected when I log in and I can’t find anywhere saying ‘verify your home address’. The amazon help section doesn’t seem to be working either and won’t let me submit a new case…
