Trying to add a smaller size on a product.

we currently sell a horse supplement on Amazon and have had many request to make a smaller size. We did this and tried to add the new smaller size on to get a message saying:

Other Pet Supplies category in Refurbished condition(s)

Other Pet Ingestible in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

Other Pet Supplies category in Collectible condition(s)

is there a way to get this product added since we already sell the product on Amazon in a larger size?
