Recently I received performance notification and apparently the makeup that I am selling according to Amazon bots has a prescription-only drug ingredient bimatoprost or isopropyl cloprostenate that is unapproved for sale.
For the record none of my products identified by Amazon have the ingredient that is unapproved for sale.
In fact this ingredient that Amazon claims is not approved is used for the preparation of lash serum and we do not carry any lash serum.
So after sending multiple appeals with the product ingredients showing that the products wrongly identified by Amazon do not contain the ingredient I keep getting the same robotic response that my appeal was not accepted..
It is beyond frustrating when the products are being wrongly identified by bots and after spending precious times crafting a response and attaching proof I still get the same response. Has anyone had any success with this erroneous bot generated unapproved drug ingredient appeals. I would like to hear about your input.
These are things that should be reviewed by knowledgable agents not bots. Amazon do better.
This is unacceptable.
