Bad Shipping Review for Product delivered on time, right shipping service and right location. Used Amazon Shipping.
The order was delivered on time and at the right location. Delivered on NOV 27th, 2024.

We used Amazon Shipping service and We also used the 2-day UPS service for the shipment. We don't understand why we received a bad feedback from the customer.
We shipped it the next business day with tracking updated by UPS
Customer complains "The seller is a cheat I paid $23 for expedited delivery which should have been today, now they say it might be here by Dec 3 no explanation no refund, Do NOT do business with these cheats they are stealing people's money"
We requested feedback removal and were denied.
Can someone help us?

Forget the case. Sellers can say anything they want and it will not be removed, as the statement is about you. Just make sure you respond setting things straight.

The problem is sellers do not know what Amazon shows the buyer as a delivery time frame. When you purchased the shipping thru Amazon, Amazon always wants to inflate the delivery time to cut back on INR claims. And, you know that with one call to Customer Service, they will be refunded in full on the spot with no return.
To product yourself in the future, do away with the 2-day shipping. He ship over 100 items a day and use the default 5 days handling. However, we actually ship within 2 hours of receiving the orders. They always arrive before the start of the delivery window.
