Your Amazon Seller account payments are delayed

I got this email just now from amazon and I've been slowly growing my amazon business and now my payments are being pushed back like how can I work like this if you look at my seller performance I have a seller score or 212 and 0 negative Reviews, late shipments, or canceled orders never had a policy violation why is this happening

Dear Seller,

Your sales proceeds will be delayed while we are reviewing your account. Starting today, the reserve period for all of your orders will be 14 days after the delivery date. For example, if you ship an item on January 1, and the actual delivery date is January 4, then the sales proceeds will be available for disbursement starting on January 19.

Please continue to ship your orders and only list items that you can ship by the expected ship date.

Your reserve period is determined based on an assessment of your overall risk and historical performance.

How can I move back to a 7-day reserve period?

Factors that influence your reserve period include credit card charge success rates and A-to-z Guarantee claims, as well as other risk factors. We may move your account back to a 7-day reserve period based on changes in these risk factors. This will not require any action from you. We will notify you if you are reverted back to a 7-day reserve period.
