I was hoping somebody can help me with this query. I have been trying to create a hazmat shipment for a fragrance brand for 6 months now. Seller central have said I need to ask for extra capacity but refused even though I have plenty of capacity. I am only using 10% of my overall and hazmat capacity.
When I try to create a shipment it says the following ' You have already reached maximum inventory capacity for this product. The item must be removed from shipment'. I currently have no items of this product or brand in any fulfillment warehouses.
Anybody had similiar problems and how have you resolved this? Thank you for help.
