Can't Request Removal of Seller Feedback
Today at 1:24am a buyer left a negative seller review which is 100% a product review. In fact, I’m not even sure they are reviewing our product. Nevertheless it’s still a product review.
I go to request the removal the “yes” button on this section does not work.
Has anyone had this happen lately? It’s a first for me.

What does the seller review say? I am not sure if you are aware on this platform you can order the wrong size or the wrong colour and give it a one star review saying I ordered the wrong size.

It’s just a mug with a fairly common design on it. There are several sellers selling similar, so I guess he bought his previous mug from one of them.

I am having the same glitch and when I managed the feedback manager to open a case , it is taking me on a loop ion an old case. I seriously have had enough of false feedback left by competitors friends …Claims to have received the wrong product , how do I know what he received since it is an FBA Prime. I once had one scammer claiming they received 3 tatty items that we don’t even sell and when I got an investigation by Amazon, it turns out the customer was a scammer and then tried to say, Amazon must have switched labels hence they got the wrong product. I think there is a system glitch as these normally get removed…

Good luck with feedback manager, I have feedback with abusive language, I have feedback for other sellers and I even have one feedback where the buyer has written 3 messages to me asking for the feedback to be removed by Amazon. They flat refuse to do it. Sadly Amazon has become increasingly frustrating to sell on.

Regardless of being eligible for removal, the Yes
button should work. This is a glitch, not directly related to your case or account. You can raise a case with SS or wait for it to work again. Glitches and odd things are common for the past 2 weeks. Our account shows Internal Debug Console in product listing pages for example.

One massive flaw in feedback removal is that Amazon’s help page directs customers to the wrong page, many customers don’t realise that they have to then find the completed listings page. Same with claims. I have had many cases where I explained the issue and then the customer can’t take the action they want. Told Amazon numerous times but they’re not so bothered. One rep told me the best way to avoid bad feedback is not to be in the position to receive it! Bit difficult if you don’t own a delivery company or make delivery personally.

I regularly get pages loading with things not being able to be clicked, dark overlays that suggest a modal should appear but it doesnt, etc etc. Clearing browser cookies or changing to Edge browser is normally how I get around it.

We have the same issue here. Its some sort of glitch which will hopefully be fixed soon
