Send to Amazon workflow page not loading after clicking work on shipment

anyone having issues loading the page after clicking on working on shipment in seller central under new send to Amazon work flow? I have created the shipment in inventory lab and when I go to work on shipment in seller central an amply page pops up? Thank you

I had a similar experience when troubleshooting another issue in Send to Amazon. I had the workflow begin to load, then go blank. This was when I was using Safari on a Mac. It seemed to load properly when using Firefox on both Mac and PC.

you're probably using safari, try chrome or Firefox.

Yup—same here.

Send to Amazon has worked flawlessly in Safari since it was introduced. Someone was undoubtedly fiddling with something under the hood and caused the breakage. It will likely never get fixed.

It's working fine for me in other browsers.

I am using Safari as well and updated to the latest version of Catalina and it started to work. Not sure if the update did it or Amazon fixed something.

Yes. I have called tech support twice but they weren't knowledgeable enough to know what is going on. Not everyone is having this problem.
