EAN Barcode not working

Hello, I am a new seller on amazon and I can not figure out why my EAN Barcode is not working. We purchased the EAN Barcode from EANcodes.eu. Has anyone used this website before or any other related website and can point me in the right direction of what I need to do. Any help is appreciated
