Read onlyHello, I received a complaint from a brand to the Intellectual Property Office, then I talked to the brand. The brand said, "We don't have any information, so we don't have any information." They said, "Contact Amazon." Then I sent an e-mail to Amazon service and asked Amazon to appeal to me. I gave good information, but I cannot write to Apple or make a statement in the objection. It only asks for documents. How can I tell you about this? Can you help me or what should I do? Your account health has dropped. Thank you, have a good day.
That didn't make a massive amount of sense. But I assume you listed on that ASIN?
So amazon are fairly clear on what they want. They want a letter of authorisation from the rights owner (GK HAIR - considering you contacted them and they didn't want to know then it sounds like you didn't have the rights to sell the product).
So do you have an invoice? And by invoice, I mean did you buy from a valid wholesaler?
Hello @Seller_KjrXQmEoEEO8b,
Ash here to assist. It has been understood that you have received an intellectual properly complaints by the rights owner.
As per the screenshot above, you are having only dispute path forward either by submitting a valid invoice or LOA ( Letter of authorization).
Did you get any warn notification? As requested by @Winston_Amazon, kindly share the warn notification over this thread for a better understanding.
