Store reviewed again and not approved
I am getting this when sending my front store for approval "Suspension reasons: The store page start and end date must fall under the time range of the start and end date of the promotional event", but I am not sure what to do. We do not have a promotional event or anything like that, it is just a front store. What do I need to do?

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to assist. Are you creating or editing a storefront via the Amazon Advertising Console? If yes, open a case with Ads support using the contact us link in the Ads console.
If you are seeing this error somewhere within Seller Central, I recommend opening a case with Seller Support and providing a screenshot of the error and a detailed description of how you are getting it.
If you have already done the above, please provide that case ID here and I will take a look and see what I can do for next steps.
