Same buyer buying same item she has just been refunded
This week a customer was refunded for an FBA order. Now the same buyer is buying the same item from me again, this time via FBM (because her refunded order has not been returned to FBA and I guess it never will). I sent her a message why she is doing this but did not (yet) get an answer. Should I cancel this order, because for me it seems more than fishy?

The first question would be what was the reason for the refund of the FBA item.

This is a satisfactory situation because if she does not return it, Amazon will reimburse you.

Where can I report suspicious buyer? I have not received any reply to my messages and I guess it will be best to cancel the order than to have another refund for the same item.
