Amazon reimbursement
Just received an email saying there’s gonna be a change in amazon reimbursement for under label items ( they will give us a discounted refund reflecting the real cost of the item) firstly what was the policy before. I’m so confused about these reimbursement because every time I get one fore warehouse damaged, months later they deduct it again saying there was no damage. How can they do this when I’ve removed the item. Also when a customer returns I pay back the full amount they paid but what happens with the amazon fees? Do I get the tax fba and Referal back from their end ???
