Buy it now button not appearing
Hi, we are a new professional seller on Amazon & are having some difficulties.
We cant seem to find the “Add to Basket” & “Buy it now” button on our listing. It was listed 2 days ago & still hasn’t appeared.
The above 2 buttons only appear if I log into my own account & not searching from a different device.
If it helps, we purchased our UPC from GS1.

The “buy box” is not usually available to new sellers for about 90 days. After that, if you are eligible down to good metrics, then it usually rotates between those eligible.

Also, just as an aside, do not try and ‘buy’ your own items by putting them in your basket, as that can be seen as trying to manipulate sales and is frowned on by Amazon, and could potentially get your account suspended.

Can someone explain what this means to us as a seller? How will people buy off us?
On a separate note; we also have the following 2 issues:

We added 5 images to the parent listing but when we find our listing on amazon these images are not shown, just the 2 variation images we added. Do we have to add the main images to the variation listings also?

When you find our listing on some of the colour variation it says 1 option from £13.99 and on some the other variations it just has the price. FYI this is in the swatch gallery where all the colour variations & prices are located.

I have buy box on all my listings and I’m only 30 days as a amazon seller (professional account) seems to be lowest price and if you don’t charge for delivery then you get offered… Maybe I’m simplifying it.
I’m currently getting box wins between
80 and 95 %.
