Disbursement Issues
Hi
I’m a new seller and requested my first disbursement from Amazon on 19/09/21. Following that I made several other disbursements. Amazon said the disbursements have been successfully completed and issues bank transfer IDs as well.
The issue is that I have not yet received any payment from Amazon. The bank says that they cannot track any transaction with the ID Amazon has provided.
It’s been a long back and forth between the bank and Amazon. Both parties keep asking me to ask the other one to check. So I’m not even sure who’s at fault here.
Everything on my account is in order so I SHOULD have recieved the payments by now.
Does anyone have any advice to offer in this situation?

When you go to reports , payments, disbursements does it show them as complete ?
Green tick with ‘done’ next to it ?
Just to note that most sellers have a 7 day rolling reserve on their accounts and disbursements usually take 3 to 5 days to hit your account

Can a new seller do 3 disbursements in a week? I thought not if I’m honest which would then make me think something is up on amazon’s side…

14 days since the last possible delivery date of the sale, has that definitely happened? Did you have actual money to disburse or was it all in reserve?

Sorry I was just checking I use starling so it’s not an issue with the bank in general, do you use the live chat on the app as I find them really helpful?

On my app it shows as a ‘Settled Direct Credit’ if that helps you get them to understand

I’ve just looked each of mine shows with a reference but that doesn’t appear on any of the amazon things linked to the disbursement so doesn’t help.
