Hi Everyone,
I am a new seller on amazon and trying to ungate grocery, bought 10 units of a product from a UK wholesaler here and submitted the invoice which clearly details the name, address and contact details of the supplier, product name and code, quantity purchased, but this has been refused by amazon severally and unsure why? Could this be because it's a new account?
I also have gotten another set of product, this time from brand direct and have the invoice already but just waiting for the shipment to take pictures of the product, will i also encounter this problem trying to ungate this category as it is still under grocery and gourmet food?
Anything i can do differently?? Can anyone from Amazon please respond, I have contacted seller support multiple times and they can't seem to help me. Help please!

You say you are a new seller. Is your seller account FULLY verified yet ? - needs to have green ticks against everything in your account info.
Ungating is never guaranteed even with valid invoices.
