Urgent Help Needed: Valid Tracking Rate (VTR) Issue
Hey everyone,
I hope you're doing well. I'm facing a bit of a snag with my Valid Tracking Rate (VTR), which is currently showing as zero percent. Despite updating tracking details for all orders promptly after shipment and using Cainiao as my carrier partner for shipments from China to the USA, the issue persists.
I've opened two cases with the IDs 14722665031 and 14722223971, and on top of that, I recently got a warning email about my Product Category being at risk of suspension due to the Valid Tracking Rate requirement. What's puzzling is that there are no missing tracking numbers.
The bigger challenge is that I'm having trouble submitting an appeal for this issue. If anyone has faced a similar situation or has any advice, I'd greatly appreciate your input. Time is of the essence, so thanks in advance for your help!

Dominic from Amazon here, would like to provide some context. The most likely reason for this is because the carrier you utilized is not integrated with Amazon's systems. Sellers are encouraged to use carriers from the following list to ship their packages as these carriers provide real-time tracking status to Amazon.
Right now you can still fulfill orders as normal and there is nothing to appeal at this point.
I would put your account into vacation mode until you can utilize one of the integrated carriers. You can find a list of them here: Valid Tracking Rate.
