How to remove EVRI as an option for Seller Fulfilled Prime?

On about 5% of our orders, EVRI is the only option that appears (even though both Royal Mail and DPD deliveries will meet the shipping estimate). We don't have an account with EVRI, so we have to book with DPD/Royal Mail directly to avoid the late shipment metric. Annoyingly, this is impacting our Buy Shipping metric! I've tried to raise a case but support haven't been able to help.

Has anyone been able to properly block EVRI from their account?

This could be it is a remote address (scotish highlands, bt code for northern Ireland or islands. Evri is assigned to deliver everywhere where as DPD and Royal mail can restrict this.

Check here that Evri/hermes isn't in the list of carriers selected

https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/sbr/buyShippingPreferences

Click on edit next to "Preferences for X warehouse"

Then drag the carriers away that you don't want.

Then also check you haven't got Evri /Hermes selected in accepting their terms on buy shipping api

Hi - I have the same issue - below is a thread i started a while ago - Amazon do not help, they have even seen my posts on this forum and replied to me but it all falls of deaf ears

Hi All,

Long and short - When using by shipping, all of my Tracked RM services show they will get the customer a day later than they would actually get there. However, the same services Untracked all show as correct. (Tracked 24 Shows it would take 2 days to get to the customer and Tracked 48 Shows as 3)

E.G

Ship by - 13/7/23 July

Deliver by 15/7/23

ETA will state

Royal mail 24 Parcel - 14/7/23

Royal mail 48 Parcel - 15/7/23

Tracked 24 - 15/7/23

Tracked 48 - 17/7/23

This results in me not Physically being able to purchase the chosen Tracked ship method through buy shipping as Amazon deem that service unavailable and then do not even give me the option of purchasing it.

Now - This is a MAJOR Issue when it comes to both Prime and premium shipping, Because I cannot physically buy the Tracked service’s as stated above I then get put on the naughty step for my “Buy Shipping” Metrics - But this is because of Amazon !!!

On top of all that, due to the time involved with confirming the shipments because they have been shipped through another method to buy shipping I now have a late dispatch rate of 12% and amazon have told me that they are adding an additional 1-2 days to my delivery’s on the seller site. - (this part I accept is down to my admin but if Amz actually acknowledged the problem and investigated with out sending a copy and paste result I wouldn’t have to do this)

The general response from AMZ is that there are a lot of external factors that makes up the ETA to the customer including weather, traffic and uncontrollable coincidences - If any of this was a factor in my case then the untracked services would show the same ETA to the customer. It just simply not true and Amazon seller support do not want to actually investigate

I’m really hoping someone can shed some light on this as, as per usual, I just get generic responses from SS - This has been going on for about 16 Month’s, however, its now seriously effecting the business as amz are now adding extra days for delivery to customers due to my late shipment rate.

The below is the most common response I get from so called seller support.

Please know that availability of a carrier depends on the following factors for them to the offered in buy shipping interface to ensure that the order is delivered to customer on time and meets the delivery expectation set.

1. Availability of the carrier service at the Ship from and Deliver to address

2. Dimension (including weight) of the order package.

3. Purchase timing for Shipping option

4. Meets Prime Delivery expectations

Your help to stop me beating my head into the desk anymore would be very much appreciated.
