Unfair A-Z claim decision
I am very disappointed that the A-Z claim for my order (Order ID: 113-8115874-5289833) was granted to the buyer, despite my submitting a claim showing that the package was indeed delivered. Our products are custom-made and handcrafted with great effort, and the FedEx tracking information clearly stated that the item had been delivered to the buyer's hands and even included a photo of the item placed at the front door of the delivery address. FedEx verified and confirmed the delivery. After we shipped the completed product, we contacted the buyer multiple times to confirm receipt. However, following the granting of the A-Z claim, the buyer has not responded to us, which is very odd because they communicated with us before the claim was granted. I hope Amazon can act fairly in this matter!

Amazon forces sellers to use Amazon shipping or you are on your own with INR's. Amazon would need proof the buyer actually received the item, it sitting at their door doesn't proof it wasn't stolen 10 minutes later. It would have to be a picture with the buyer holding up their picture ID and the package, they must smile and sign 6 waivers that they received it, otherwise, Amazon will grant their claim.

Hello @Seller_ng5v7HoquuTlx
Your post is one I see more often than not here in the forums. You lost the claim while having a picture of the product placed at the buyer's doorstep. @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI, while posting satirically, answered you.
