Title, Description, Bullet Points, can't be changed!

Hello:

For some reason, I tried to make changes to Title, Description, Bullet Points, etc. for all ASIN and saved them successfully.

However, only some of the ASIN were successfully updated, and there are still more than 10 ASIN that were only partially updated, or all of them failed to update.

I have tried over and over again to manually submit the information and upload a spreadsheet template to make the changes, but none of the changes show up successfully on the listing page.

I've also opened a couple cases with seller support, but they keep replying that I don't have edit rights to these ASIN. The editing rights are controlled by other admins of the brand and have sent my change request to them.

Does anyone know what should be done to resolve this issue?If so, I would truly appreciate some guidance. thanks and I look forward to hearing from you all!
