Amazon MOD assistance needed Please!!
Can a MOD please tell me why my invoice is being denied?? The invoice I provided is from an authorized wholesale distributor and I was told at first by amazon, the denial was because the invoice is a retail receipt, and that certainly is not the case - its a wholesale distributor invoice. I have been reapplying and now I keep getting a generic reply saying that "We evaluated the information you provided, but it did not pass our review." I am asking for help because the products I have purchased to be ungated are 300 purchased per brand. I followed the requirements of the brand application and now I am being brushed off as if my concerns are meaningless. Can a MOD please address my concerns, case numbers are 17934825351 and 179348218.

So when they contact the brand, they will confirm that your source is authorized to distribute to RESELLERS? Did YOU contact the brand to confirm? Is your distributor on their wholesaler list?

In a bit of a Catch-22, Amazon often requires you to also submit your written Letter of Authorization from the brand, stating that you are authorized to sell their brand on Amazon; but will never tell you that this is required.
Submit your invoices, along with the Letter of Authorization from each brand, and see if that helps.
