I am sure like most Sellers, regarding Feedback, we feel it really is about time Amazon had extra removal reasons and people review, not Robots/AI
It does not help Buyers when feedback should be struck through, even if not removed.
It also does not help Buyers when bad Sellers get away with Feedback being struck though, when they wrongly blame FBA, and it is not Amazon's fault.
I have bought a number of items from several Sellers and I can see the FBA Sellers have a legally unfair advantage, they can send used items to Amazon, sell them as new, and Amazon strike through the bad feedback. Meaning those Sellers look like 100% positive feedback so gaining Buy Boxes, but really some would not have hardly any positive feedback at all.
Likewise, when not FBA, Buyers can say virtually anything, and it stays.
There are too few reasons to remove feedback, for example, see our Case: 10369759212 (reopened as: 10369473332) - the Buyer does not like Amazon policy, so we get bad feedback. Amazon link: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=1161010 - we have had this more than once, and the Buyer will not remove the feedback, or ignores the request. In this latest case, Amazon (as she calls them they) show the Buyer has to pay for the return, and rightly so as per Amazon policy, so the Buyer does not want to pay the return postage, as an over-size heavy item, with transit insurance, it is not cheap.
Amazon should strike through feedback, which conforms to Amazon Terms, even if a Buyer does not like those rules. The Buyer knows in advance if they look up these terms. It does not help if SFP, or an A-Z Claim, that the Buyer then gets given things, or refund of return postage for unwanted items, etc. Buyers then think they can ignore Amazon's terms and get what they want to happen, and if Amazon stuck to their terms, the Buyer does not like it.
(This Buyer also shows a name in the feedback, happens to be the same name as a member of staff, so unsure if meaning the Buyer, or the member of staff).
I am sure Amazon won't change is the problem.
Any Other Mods can help on this as well?
