Account deactivated based on Section 3
YHello all,
please advise as our Amazon selling account (UK) has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. AMZ has taken this measure because they have concerns about the authenticity of one ASIN but we never had any complaints. In order to reactivate, they are asking for 5 things in the invoice requirements:
1. Invoices issued in the last 365 days (invoice should be dated before the ship by date)
2. Reflect sales volume during the last 365 days since the enforcement date
3. Include contact information for supplier AND buyer, including name, phone number, address, and websites
4. File formats must meet either .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files
5.These documents must be authentic and unaltered
Now I have provided these information EXCEPT the website of supplier on their own invoice- as the official invoice simply does not have it on their invoice.
What am I to do as I am being rejected over and over again and seller support keeps stating these 5 things.
Thanks.

Hi, I feel your pain, it's happening to loads of sellers and Amazon are illegally holding money too. It's in the press now so hopefully Amazon will soon start to realise how ridiculous they are being and start to reinstate good genuine sellers.
