New Account Deactivated. I Need Help

Lemme start by saying that I activated my account on 25 oct 2024 after which i was asked to add a chargeable credit card. I was finally able to upload it on the 03 nov 2024 and my account was charged and deactivated the following day. I have not made any listing yet as i wanted to sort out the credit card issue.

I have been submitting appeals since then as I am ready to list , but they keep telling me that I they do not have enough information to remove the violation. Meanwhile, my account health states ZERO violations

I have uploaded: credit card detail, bank details, and have been approved.

Please i need help on what else to do, I really need my account back.

These are the mails I received from amazon:

We received your submission but we are unable to reactivate your account. Upon review of your account, we confirmed that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store.

Yeah, you are done. If you have been found to be connected to illegal activity or fraud, that's pretty much it for you.

All new accounts are deactivated while Amazon verifies your identity.

Amazon seems to like giving this reason for sellers who can't pass verification on the first try. It likely means you're done but what exactly did Amazon ask for? Post the entire, initial notice you received. It may not help but it may give others a clue as to what happened.

Were you making any changes to the information in your account trying to pass verification? That would be construed by Amazon as being deceptive.

As noted this does seem to be a concern with the verification of your account. When you registered your account what information was used? Does your documentation and account details reference the primary account owner and their physical address? Are you using a virtual address? We cannot accept virtual addresses due to the inability to verify the account owner. You mentioned some issues getting your information accepted, have you changed or updated any account information? Do you have valid and supporting documentation that verifies the primary account owner and their address?

This is typically a final decision as they mention the situation was confirmed. The only path to reactivation is supporting evidence that you and your account have not violated our policies. Please note, in these situations if the provided information does not meet our requirements our review teams may not respond further.

As mentioned by @Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQ, post your original and full deactivation notice. These notices do offer phrasing that helps identify what type of situation you've encountered. This can help ensure we're providing the correct information, or if additional guidance or clarification is needed.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.

Emet.
