Account closed because of unjustified refund or payment
One of my account was closed because of unjustified refund or payment according to email from Amazon. And I have no idea for that. Now I need to send the proof to reactive my account, but how to collect the proof while you do not understand the reason.
Does anyone meet the similar situation or can stuff make that reason more specific?

That account is for JP market, because it was closed, I can not create a topic on JP seller forums.
