How can a a hot branded ASIN be hijacked by a random one

This ASIN B00M12J6XW by well known brand "Tommee Tippee" has had its brand name changed to "UPTOHIGH" which is unknown to most...when looking into this stray brand, they have done the same with other hot brands like "Makita" and "Fiskars" as well as other private label ASIN's

....its very annoying because although I am not the brand owner to "Tommee Tippee", I am a reseller and hold a lot of stock against this ASIN and the situation brings about an insecurity where I could be booted off the ASIN or have false intellectual property violations made against me for "UPTOHIGH"

....I know the brand name field of an ASIN cannot be changed (officially), but its evident that it can be, and there appears to process behind it......does anyone know how to do this? (so I can fix this ASIN and others which are affected by the same hijack)

That is because many sellers have created their own 'brand' via brand registry - which to me makes a mockery of proper brands - even people created a 'brand' for Cadbury's etc.!!!!, and as you say, no-one will have heard of these made-up brand names, which IMO are not true brands....but that is Amazon for you !
