My account was deactivated for no reason.
The attached email informs me that the product is not authentic and is from the brand: CERAVE.
Amazon authorized me to sell this product
I purchased this product from Target
I sold this product on Amazon 6 months ago and have not received any complaints.
Can you please help me? I have already sent all the documents but they say there is not enough information.

You cannot sell Cerave on Amazon. Just because they approve you to sell it, does not mean the brand itself does. Receipts are not invoices, so your account will remain deactivated, and you will not receive any fund disbursement.

True story, Amazon authorization is how Amazon manages the sellers on a listing. Brand authorization can only come from the brand.
