Listing an identical product against someone elses listing

Hi

I have a product that I want to sell. This product is already listed on Amazon by a different seller. Can I simply list against that listing using the same details? I will simply be undercutting them in price. Is this allowed?

If it’s exactly the same product with a matching EAN code and 100% corresponding to the description in every detail, then you can attach there your offer.

In case that the product only looks the same, you don’t have any EAN code and it’s basically a generic, unbranded item, then no.

Do you have an ASIN example we can tell you if it is Brand Registered or Trademarked prior to listing.
